Gateway Plaza involved the reinvention of a plaza space between three corporate towers situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The main objective was to repurpose the space as a two tiered plaza allowing tenants private outdoor space, but also supporting larger company functions. Verde Design led the Master Planning process, developing varied cost level solutions to accommodate a range of budgets. Verde supported this effort with three dimensional graphics of the proposed options.
