This project involved an interesting set of three adjacent commercial properties. A retail center in the middle is flanked by a commercial office property on each side. Our design addressed the lack of exterior gathering areas, the need for increased visibility, accessibility issues and site lighting with an emphasis on overall sustainability. Improvements to the streetscape and entry monument areas make the passersby more aware of the property.
