The property owners of 3400 Hillview sought a landscape renovation plan from Verde Design. Their goal was to improve the usability of the building’s grounds for future tenants. Initial studies explored exterior meeting rooms and gathering places, courtyards and better arrival sequences. One of the first projects completed was the replanting of a perimeter landscape berm to screen the property from Foothill Boulevard.
