This project involved the updating of an existing office tower to better serve new clients. The goals of the design were to make the building entry more visible and accessible from the parking lot, to create a place for employees to relax, and to improve the view of the outdoors for clients and employees on the ground floor. The upgrades feature new hardscape, seat walls and plantings.
