It involves the consolidation of several parcels into a congruous technology campus property consisting of a new 5-story office building with a planted rooftop deck with trees and green wall plantings. This building is adjacent to a proposed 5-level parking garage and existing 3-story office building. Amenity spaces include outdoor patio areas, a bocce court, and bike parking with a repair station. The landscape design uses water-efficient drip irrigation with drought-tolerant plantings suited for the campus environment.
