Arnold Adreani Park, previously known as Sheldon Farms Park, is a fully operational recreational facility situated within the Cosumnes Community Services District. In partnership with Taylor Builders, Verde Design was tasked with the development of this 2.5-acre park, which aims to enhance a new residential project in Elk Grove. The design of the park is strategically intended to provide seamless access from the newly constructed neighborhood to the Laguna Creek Bike Trail. The District specified a range of features for the park, including a playground and splash pad, a restroom, a half-court basketball court, and a walking path constructed from decomposed granite, which is complemented by fitness stations to encourage an active lifestyle. The playground serves as the central attraction of the park, surrounded by well-designed walkways and landscaping that enhance the overall environment.
