We developed master plans and provided site design, and construction documents for Tokay and McNair High Schools’ track & field improvement projects. Both projects involved the conversion of a natural grass football field to synthetic turf, striped for both football and soccer. Additionally, the Verde Design team ensured accessibility to the adjacent parking lots. Each project was based on a scope of work previously identified by the District, and all designs and upgrades meet NFHS standards.
