Courtney plays a pivotal role in managing and directing the civil engineering aspects of utility projects, focusing on review and coordination. With a diverse background that includes residing in three different states and contributing to projects in more than six states nationwide, she possesses extensive experience in project management, sports engineering, and both public and private development sectors. Drawing on her background as a former NCAA Division I athlete, along with her technical design expertise, she is adept at crafting innovative solutions to address the distinct challenges that arise in various projects.
