In commemoration of its 50-year anniversary, this project represents a significant milestone as the inaugural athletic enhancement project in the history of Jesuit High School. Collaborating with Roebbelen Construction, Verde Design employed the Design Assist delivery method to develop comprehensive design and construction documents for an eight-lane all-weather track, a new synthetic turf stadium field, and a natural grass practice field, which includes essential features such as a press box, bleachers, scoreboard, and sound system.Additional improvements to the facility included a press box, bleachers, a scoreboard, a sound system, sports field lighting infrastructure, and pedestrian circulation and perimeter improvements. By implementing the Design Assist approach, we successfully minimized the number of submittals and the extent of construction administration, keeping these aspects to less than 3% of the overall construction costs.
