Verde Design was selected by the City of Bakersfield to provide design services for the City’s remaining 95 acres of undeveloped parkland for Kaiser Permanente Sports Village. We are currently providing a conceptual master plan, which includes six football fields with sports field lighting, eight baseball/softball fields, a skate park and dog park, fitness stations, a splash pad, an aquatics center and community center, a play area, restroom/concessions buildings, shade structures and picnic areas, walking trails, parking areas, and internal roads.
We will also be providing construction drawings for 35 acres of Phase IV improvements for this project, which will include five football fields with sports field lighting, a restroom/concessions building, roadway extension improvements, and two parking areas.
