Verde Design successfully crafted and developed an elegant site design for the initial phase of Mary E Grogan Community Park, which prominently features a soccer complex aimed at accommodating the burgeoning interest in soccer within the Modesto community. This facility has now become the largest sports park in the city, reflecting a significant investment in local recreational infrastructure. The soccer complex comprises seven illuminated fields, three of which are equipped with cutting-edge synthetic turf, while the central field is designed to function as a stadium venue. These fields are constructed with a modern hybrid Bermuda grass, enhancing their durability and extending the playing season.
Additionally, the field located next to the entry plaza is slightly lowered, which not only improves the sight lines for spectators but also creates a striking initial impression for visitors entering the complex. This newly established park has significantly expanded athletic opportunities for the residents of Modesto.
