Nance has been an integral part of Verde Design since its establishment, contributing to its success at every stage of development. As the Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the organization’s financial stability and is also responsible for the recruitment of new personnel. With over twenty years of professional experience, Nance has been a pivotal figure in the company since its founding in 2007. Her dedication extends beyond the workplace, as she is passionate about giving back to her local community; she has served for more than 15 years as a Board member of the Capitola Junior Lifeguards Parents Club. Originally hailing from Hawaii, Nance leads an active lifestyle that encompasses skiing, paddle boarding, biking, and hiking, often enjoying these activities in the company of her two dogs.
