Verde Design was selected by DA Hogan, a nationally recognized design firm, to assist in the athletic field design, documentation, and construction assistance services for reconstructing the existing football fields at the Oakland Raiders Headquarters in Alameda. The natural grass and synthetic turf fields were reconstructed as a large sand-based multi-directional natural grass practice area, approximately 400 feet by 400 feet, and a synthetic turf conditioning area immediately outside the Raiders Headquarters building. New perimeter pathways, drainage, irrigation, and hybrid Bermuda big-roll thick cut sod were also part of the USGA sand-based field profile. New perimeter fencing was also installed along the parking lot and airport right-of-way.
