Building on a long term relationship with our client, Verde Design developed a series of conceptual plans for Palo Alto Square that ranged from a complete renovation of the property to highly focused projects. The first project to be implemented was the renovation of the perimeter berms. The berms have mature trees which are a tremendous asset, however, the understory material was past its useful life. A new palette of grasses and new drip irrigation create a dynamic, yet subtle edge enhancing and modernizing the curb appeal of this property. Learn more
