RAQUEL “ROCKY” RAYBON

As the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Verde Design, Rocky is dedicated to enhancing the firm’s presence and impact within the AEC industry. She formulates strategies aimed at fostering business expansion, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing the firm’s specialization in sports facilities and public spaces. Previously, Rocky gained valuable experience in marketing and event management for a global sports organization, where she orchestrated events for prominent brands such as Coca-Cola and ESPN. Transitioning to the A/E/C industry, she took on the role of marketing leader for cutting-edge sports products. A graduate of Clemson University and a former NCAA athlete, Rocky enjoys golfing, outdoor activities, and exploring the scenic areas of North County San Diego. She is also a passionate advocate for breast cancer awareness and actively engages in community initiatives.
