Leilani Doherty serves as one of Verde Design’s Business Development leaders, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. Her expertise spans business development, proposal management, client relations, event planning, and strategic marketing, helping strengthen Verde Design’s partnerships and pursuit efforts throughout California. Known for her collaborative approach and engaging personality, Leilani is passionate about building meaningful relationships and representing Verde Design within the industry. She is an active member and board member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Inland Empire Chapter and plays a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth and client engagement. Outside of work, Leilani enjoys jewelry design, wine culture, and spending time with her family and three cats.
