Verde Design has a continuous working relationship with San Juan Unified School District. Our first work with the District in 2013 included field replacement and all-weather track projects at both Del Campo and El Camino High Schools. The high schools also received portable restrooms, perimeter irrigation, and pathway and landscaping improvements. As part of the Measure N bond campaign the signature projects were completed through the Lease-Leaseback method with the contractor. This allowed Verde Design to coordinate construction delivery times and methods to ensure the quickest and most efficient use of the District bond dollars.
Following an intensive Design/Build competition, the District selected Verde Design and a general contractor for five new projects at Bella Vista, Casa Roble, Encina, Mira Loma, and Rio Americano High Schools.
