Verde Design was retained to renovate the athletic facilities at Cupertino, Fremont, Homestead, Lynbrook, and Monta Vista High Schools. Facility improvements at each campus were extensive, so we prepared the improvements as multiple packages and DSA approvals were phased to accommodate the athletic seasons and minimize campus disruption. The delivery method selected by the district was a Lease-Leaseback method. This helped to create a collaborative environment for the design team, the district, and the contractor and resulted in the series of projects being completed on time and on budget.
