Verde Design is excited to welcome Leilani Doherty to the team as our new Business Development leader. With more than 30 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Leilani brings a dynamic blend of strategy, creativity, and leadership to marketing and business development—positioning her to make an immediate and meaningful impact on our team and client relationships.

Throughout her career, Leilani has worked across a wide range of disciplines, developing deep expertise in proposal management, client relationship building, event planning, and team coordination. Her ability to quickly understand client needs, align teams, and elevate pursuits will strengthen our ability to respond strategically to opportunities and continue delivering high-quality service to all of our clients.

Leilani is known for her engaging personality and collaborative approach. She thrives on building meaningful relationships and enjoys representing Verde Design at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. As a confident and effective public speaker, she is passionate about sharing the firm’s story and fostering connections that support continued growth. Her energy, experience, and strong industry presence will be an immediate asset to both our internal team and our external partnerships.

An active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) since 2017, Leilani currently serves as a board member for the Inland Empire chapter, demonstrating her commitment to both professional development and industry engagement.

Outside of work, Leilani expresses her creativity through designing jewelry made from upcycled luxury charms and recently launched her own business, Lux by Leilani, LLC. She is also a self-proclaimed wine enthusiast and co-hosts a weekly YouTube channel, While_Drinking_Wine, with her mom. When she’s not working or creating, she enjoys spending time with her family—and her three cats, Belle, Koko, and Leo.
