San Bernardino City Unified School District selected Verde Design to design a new track and field with corresponding events for four of their high schools, and design a synthetic turf field for another.
ARROYO VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL:
New track and improvements to existing natural grass field including drainage infrastructure. Provided an accessible route to the track perimeter.
CAJON HIGH SCHOOL:
New track and improvements to existing natural grass field including drainage infrastructure. Verde Design also designed an accessible concrete plaza and walkways to the new restroom/ concession building, bleachers, and path to the parking lot. The project included new utilities such as, drainage, electric, lighting, sewer, and domestic water. Provided Perimeter landscape improvements and a new emergency vehicle/ fire access route.
PACIFIC HIGH SCHOOL:
New track and improvements to existing natural grass field including drainage infrastructure. Verde Design also designed an accessible concrete plaza and walkways to the new restroom/ concession building, bleachers, and path to the parking lot. The project included new utilities such as, drainage, electric, lighting, sewer, and domestic water. Provided perimeter landscape improvements to natural grass areas and asphalt areas.
SAN BERNARDINO HIGH SCHOOL: New track and improvements to existing natural grass field including drainage infrastructure. Verde Design also designed an accessible concrete plaza and walkways to the new restroom/ concession building, bleachers, path to the parking lot, and ramp and stairs to existing classroom building. The project included new utilities such as drainage, electric, lighting, sewer, and domestic water, as well as Perimeter landscape improvements to planting.
