Verde Design was retained for the Burrell Fields Pacific Sports Complex design team to play an integral part in the public process. The process included information gathering meetings, preparation and presentation of conceptual designs, and consensus building with the San Leandro Unified School District, user groups, and local residents. The project included a new track & field stadium with an eight-lane, all-weather track, synthetic turf football and soccer field, tennis courts, playground, entry plaza, parking, support facilities, and multi-use natural turf fields for baseball, softball, soccer, and lacrosse.
