Working with Baker Vilar Architects, Verde Design completed the new athletic facility for Helms Middle School. The project included a new eight-lane, all-weather running track, two synthetic turf fields, hard courts, and parking for the civic community center adjacent to Helms Middle School. Meeting strict stormwater filtration regulations and adapting to constrained dimensions, we were able to deliver a full 400-meter track and 75-yard wide soccer field within while filtering all stormwater runoff. We also completed the construction documentation and the required DSA approval.
