Charged with theIMG_7879 renovation of Bellarmine’s outdated athletic facilities, our staff has worked with Bellarmine since 2005 to deliver a state-of-the-art track & field, lacrosse and soccer venue, and, most recently, a baseball complex that reflects the private school’s high academic and athletic caliber. For their baseball facility, we replaced their field with a sustainable synthetic turf field for more playable hours. Working with Devcon Construction, the project includes new at grade dugouts with integrated bleachers, a new locker and team room building, an all-weather covered hitting and training center, new perimeter fencing, a netted backstop, and chair back VIP seating behind home plate. By integrating architectural motifs found throughout the campus, the new facility helps to create a cohesive appearance that coincides with other recent construction. In addition to the design-build project with Devcon Construction, we played a complementary role in the project’s approval process with the City of San Jose. Working on the client’s behalf, Verde Design upheld the values and principles of this long-standing institution while addressing all of the client’s needs throughout the entire process. Learn More >
