Verde Design was a part of a design-build team with McGuire & Hester to prepare design and construction documents for the Student Housing Block 20 courtyard and campus entry plaza.

Verde designed a corporate cafeteria patio in an area located between three buildings.

The expansion of the San José Convention Center included redevelopment of the main entry plaza to better serve convention goers and to also transform the plaza into a more inviting and friendly space for folks to gather for events, sit and have coffee, or take a break from the crowds inside.

Along with BKF Engineers and Gonzalez Architects, Verde Design was part of the project team selected to rebrand Airport Place in San José.
