City-of-Seaside-Final-Draft-Schematic-Plan-10-25-17-Schematic-Plan (October 26, 2017) Seaside, Calif. – Design efforts are underway on the Cutino Park Improvements Project for the City of Seaside. The multi-use park, located at the corner of San Pablo Avenue and Noche Buena Street, is one of the most heavily used parks in the City.

Verde Design was selected to collaborate with the City of Seaside for the improvements, and is providing conceptual design services. Cutino Park spans more than six acres and features a lighted youth baseball field, spectator seating, concession and restroom building, basketball court, handball court, storage building, playground area, concrete fountain, picnic area, and paved pathways. Updates to spectator seating and its concession and restroom building to accommodate American’s with Disability Act (ADA) requirements are first to occur, with additional improvements planned. These may include new synthetic turf athletic fields, security upgrades, a new inclusive playground, skate park, parking lot, lighting.

The planned park improvements will support the City’s mission of offering recreational space to local residents and youth programs that enhance community quality of life. For more information on Cutino Park, visit the park’s website.
