Verde Design was recently selected by the Santa Clara Unified School District (District) to perform a District-wide facility and fields inventory and assessment. This project marks the latest in a long history between the District and Verde Design, which now spans six projects and many years. The project includes an inventory and conditions assessment of all infrastructure assets, equipment, and pathways to each area, irrigation, field, and safety lighting.
As part of our assessment, now underway, the Verde team will analyze the District’s existing fields, related buildings, pools, apparatus areas, hardcourts, associated facilities, and proximity to drinking fountains, restrooms, equipment storage areas, and parking. We will also provide the District with recommendations for future planning, use and maintenance, and recommend an inventory database system that catalogs the condition of all assets.
