After an incredible career spanning more than 50 years in education, facilities, and community leadership, Verde Design proudly celebrates the retirement of Ron Edwards—a trusted advisor, a constant source of encouragement, and a key contributor to our firm’s growth and success.

This year also marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the promotions of long-serving employees Chris Giannini and Pat Healy to the position of Senior Associates. Their contributions have been instrumental in shaping the direction and success of our firm, and their new roles reflect both their dedication and expertise.

We are excited to share the news of Rico Lardizabal’s return to Verde Design. With a robust background as a landscape architect and project manager, Rico brings over 25 years of extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.

Mark Baginski accomplished a significant achievement this past weekend by being the first candidate of Verde Design to graduate from the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) School Facilities Leadership Academy, 14th cohort.
