At Butte College, the existing 440-yard track had fallen into disrepair. Portions of all-weather surfacing were missing and the facility was unusable for competition.

Verde Design was hired to renovate the soccer and football practice fields at American River College in Sacramento. Soccer improvements included a natural turf stadium with bleachers, sports field lighting, restroom/concession building, storage building, ticket booth, player areas and enhanced entry and scoreboard signage.

Ohlone Community College District (District) is benefiting from three new sports fields on its Fremont campus, following an extensive renovation to its existing athletic facilities.
